The Township of Wellesley Comprehensive Zoning By-law 28/2006 is administered by the Planning and Development staff. The By-law implements the Official Plan, Provincial Policy Statement, 2005 (PPS), Regional Official Policies Plan (ROP) and identifies permitted uses for each property within the Township along with restrictions and siting and building specifications.
